While most of this section of the autotrail follows MO 22, other sections follow Main St., Morris St. & South Ave (In Clark, MO.), CR 242, CR 110, MO Y, Dinwiddle School Rd., MO 151 (Morris Rd), Southgate St. (Running parallel.), N. Fullenwider St., E. Switzler St., N. Barr St., Wilson St., N. Allen St., E. Singleton St., N. Jefferson St., South St., N. Howard Burton Dr. & a closed off section of North St (In Centralia, MO.), CR 215, CR 308, CR 945 (In Thompson, MO.), CR 306, W. Curtis St. & N. Abat St. (Called Abbot St. in the 1918 Official Automobile Blue Book.) (In Mexico, MO.). The road also goes past the Northern outskirts of Sturgeon, MO. More to come in part 9.

Heading South from Moberly, MO, this section of the route passes the Randolph County Fairgrounds & goes through Urbandale, MO & Renick, MO, before entering Clark, MO. This section of the autotrail parallels, & crosses, US 63 &, for a time from 1922-1927, was part of Missouri State Route #7. It also follows S. Williams St. (Leaving Moberly, MO.), CR D170, Six Mile Ln., MO AA, CR D196, Front St. (Old US 63) (In Rennick, MO.), a gravel driveway, CR 236, CR 257, CR 237 & MO P, entering into Clark, MO. This route also goes through Keytesville, MO, Salisbury, MO, Clifton Hill, MO (Referred to as Clifton, MO in Volume 5 of the "1918 Official Automobile Blue Book.), Huntsville, MO, Rileyville, MO & Kimberly, MO. While most of this route follows US 24, it also follows N. Orange St. & CR 242 (Lewis & Clark Rd.) (In Brunswick, MO.), MO F, CR 402, S. Cherry St., Bridge St., S. Ash St. (In Keytesville, MO.), CR 358, MO KK, CR 356, E. 2nd St., N. Weber Ave. & E. Satellite images courtesy of Google Maps.  Part 5 - Carrollton, MO, through DeWitt, MO, to Brunswick, MO. From Carrollton, MO, the route mostly follows US 24 & the former routing of MO 10 (1922-1927). The autotrail also follows E. Benton St, N. Maple St, Grand Ave (Leaving town.), CR 276, Old US Highway 24 (The section of this route between the intersection of E. Benton St & Mason St, to CR 276 & Old US Highway 24, was also, part of, the original routing of US 24, in this area, from 1927 to 1932.), CR 423. In DeWitt, MO, the autotrail follows S. Missouri St, Main St & Water St, before leaving town. Just North of where Water St. turns West to intersect with US 24, the trail jogs East across a railroad track, crosses a creek & jogs back across the railroad track. Due
