This section of the autotrail mostly follows US 54 (Leaving Mexico, MO.), MO 19, I-70 & US 40. It also follows E. Monroe St., S. Jefferson St., E. Promenade St. (In Mexico, MO.), CR 725, E. Kellet St., Hickory St., E. Jefferson St. (In Martinsburg, MO.), Cedartown Rd, unknown drive, Krekel St., N. Madison St., E. Hudson St. (In Wellsville, MO.), Cedar Rd. (CR 26), Porters Rd. (CR 172), Glazer Rd. (CR 170), Farnen Rd. (CR 175), Allen St., S. Walker St., Long Rd. (CR 223), Harness Dr. (In Montgomery City, MO.), Kimmich Rd. (CR 219), Prarie St. Main St. (MO WW) (In New Florence, MO.), Old US 40 (In High Hill, MO.), Old High Point Rd., N. Booneslick Rd., Old US 40 (Again) (In Jonesburg, MO.), MO B, Pendleton Cutoff Rd., (Old US 40) (Yet again.), N. Service Rd., W. Booneslick Rd. (MO MM).
